Returns & refunds

If a piece isn't right, request a return within the window shown on your order page. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags.

Once the parcel reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Prepaid refunds usually settle in 5–7 working days.

Earrings and other pierced-wear items may be excluded for hygiene reasons — final policy to be confirmed before launch.
